Frequently Asked Questions.

How does the process work? Once you place your order, our team will be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a personal consultation. We will discuss your chosen piece, what you wish to preserve, and organise a suitable day for collection. From there, we handle everything, preservation, the resin pour, and delivery to your door.

How long does it take? Our turnaround time is 4–6 weeks from the date of your consultation and flower collection. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Can I customise my piece? Yes. Customisation is available and discussed during your personal consultation. This includes flower selection and placement, the addition of gold leaf, and any other personal touches you may wish to include.

What can be preserved? We preserve flowers, bouquets and sentimental objects of all kinds, wedding bouquets, christening shoes, baby's breath, dried botanicals and more. If you are unsure whether your item can be preserved, please reach out and we will advise you.

How should I care for my flowers before collection? Please visit our How to Preserve Your Flowers page for a full guide on caring for your blooms before collection day.

How do I care for my finished piece? Keep your piece out of direct sunlight to preserve colour over time. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme heat.

Do you ship Australia wide? Yes. We deliver to all states and territories across Australia. Your finished piece will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

What if my flowers have already dried out? Please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the condition of your flowers, we may still be able to work with them. We will assess each case individually and advise the best course of action.

What is your refund policy? As all pieces are made entirely to order and are personalised to each customer, we are unable to offer refunds once the preservation and production process has begun. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for further details.
