Legal Disclaimer.

Ever After Resin operates with the utmost care and attention in the preservation of flowers and sentimental objects. However, by placing an order with Ever After Resin, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Natural variation in preserved flowers. The preservation process involves working with natural organic materials. Colours, textures and forms may shift slightly during the drying and resin processes. These natural variations are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Ever After Resin cannot guarantee an exact replication of the original colour or form of any flower or object.

Care and handling of customer items. Ever After Resin will handle all customer flowers and objects with the greatest care. However, Ever After Resin cannot be held liable for any deterioration, discolouration or damage to flowers or objects that occurs as a result of their natural condition at the time of collection, or as a result of the preservation process itself.

Sentimental items. Customers are advised that submitting sentimental or irreplaceable items is done so at their own risk. Ever After Resin strongly recommends that customers retain any items of significant sentimental value that are not intended to be preserved, prior to collection.

Turnaround times. All turnaround times provided are estimates only. Ever After Resin will endeavour to meet all stated timeframes but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ever After Resin's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Ever After Resin accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.

By placing an order with Ever After Resin, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this disclaimer in full.
