Handcrafted Nature

Each Ever After Resin piece is individually handmade. Variations in shape, colour, placement, and minor imperfections such as small air bubbles or slight surface variations are inherent to the resin process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Natural Materials (Flowers & Organic Items)

Flowers and organic materials naturally change during the drying and preservation process. While we take great care to preserve your flowers, variations in colour, tone, and form are expected and cannot be guaranteed to match their original fresh appearance.

Customer-Supplied Items

By sending items (e.g. flowers, fabrics, keepsakes), you acknowledge that:

  • Items may be fragile and subject to damage, mould, or deterioration during transit or the drying process

  • Results depend on the condition of materials upon arrival

  • Ever After Resin is not liable for damage, loss, or changes to customer-supplied items

Resin Characteristics & Longevity

Resin is a durable but not indestructible material.

  • Over time, resin may develop slight yellowing or changes in clarity

  • Exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or UV may accelerate these changes

  • Products should be kept in a cool, dry, indoor environment

Use & Care

Our keepsakes are decorative items and should be handled with care.

  • Avoid dropping or applying pressure

  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure

  • Not suitable for outdoor use

Custom Orders & Refunds

All products are custom-made and personalised.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted for change of mind

  • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled

Shipping & Delivery

While we take care in packaging:

  • Ever After Resin is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers

  • Customers assume responsibility once items are shipped

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ever After Resin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
